Tamarind paste will turn your summer tonic world upside down in the best way possible. Indigenous to Africa, tamarind now grows all over the world in tropical climates. A superfood in its own right, tamarind is packed with antioxidants and vitamins, but what really makes this beautiful giant bean pod so unique is its flavor.
A bit of sweet, a bit of tang, and a bit of tart, make this the perfect match for grounding turmeric and ashwagandha. We paired the mouth-watering decadence that is tamarind with our favorite fizzy water, fresh herbs like basil and mint, and an unexpected Cloud Powder rim.
