Warming flavor, calming effect
Love the flavor! Initially added it to coffee and those two flavors didn’t jive for me; but it tastes great solo or with tea!

I added a teaspoon to 3 tablespoons of cashew butter and put that on fruit or toast at breakfast. I love the taste and I feel less stress in my life. Very nourishing to my nervous system.

This one is my favorite!
This is my nightly ritual now. I add it to some almond milk, a little bit of creamer, and sweetener. I was surprised at how much I enjoyed it just in milk. It has some earthiness and a hint of spice. I've also tried it with chai decaf tea. I felt the effects the first night! I think it adjusts with my body. Some nights I feel it strongly, some nights I do not feel it at all. I think it's working to balance me out based on my stressors that day.
