Golden Turmeric Spritz
Curcumin, the star compound in turmeric, is known for its powerful neuroprotective properties, supporting serotonin levels, and promoting overall brain health. Studies have shown that curcumin may play an active role in the treatment of various central nervous system disorders, like major depression and Alzheimer's disease. (1)
