Unlike other plant proteins, hemp seed protein is a non-bloating complete protein with all 20 amino acids including the 9 essential amino acids, omegas 6 & 3, and is one of the most earth-friendly protein sources on the planet. Hemp can grow up to 12 inches per week, and uses a tiny fraction of the water per gram of protein as animal protein.
