Ingredients
- 2 cups organic oat flour
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 3 tsp Moodbeli Calming Adaptogen
- 2 tbsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tbsp ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp blackstrap molasses
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 and grease a cookie sheet with some coconut oil.
- In a large bowl, whisk together oat flour, Moodbeli, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and sea salt.
- Add in coconut oil, maple syrup, and molasses into the dry ingredients bowl and knead with your hands until it is a soft dough.
- Roll about a tablespoon of dough and place onto the cookie sheet, and continue for each cookie.
- Take the back of the spoon and lightly press down on the top to soften the cookie.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy on the outside.
