
A quick double chai, double ashwagandha latte recipe for relaxation and that pre-fall mood.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Moodbeli Holy Ashwagandha
- 1 tsp Moodbeli Calming Adaptogen
- 1 cup chai tea
- plant milk and sweetener to taste
Directions
Brew a cup of your favorite black or herbal chai tea. Add Holy Ashwagandha and Calming Adaptogen to the bottom of your tonic vessel. Pour tea into the vessel and add plant milk and sweetener to taste, we used honey and hemp milk.
