A simple chia pudding with frozen berries and pools of nut butter to enhance feelings of bliss and well-being, by Hannah Guthman.
- Add your ingredients to a small glass bowl or mason jar and mix well until combined.
- Season to taste, and place in the fridge to set (about 10-20 minutes), or store overnight with a sealed lid.
- Before serving, add more mylk or chia seeds to adjust the consistency. Then, top with berries, nut butter, extra coconut... or any of your favorite toppings, and an extra drizzle of coconut nectar on top.
