Paleo Sugar Free Golden Turmeric Pumpkin Fudge Bars

Sugar-free, grain-free fat balls taken to next level! We're obsessed with these paleo, energy and mood-boosting vegan snacks. Eat as a pre-workout snack, afternoon pick me up, or night cap without the sugar crash. A mix of nuts and seeds will keep your belly and brain satisfied. These are both healthy and super easy to make!

Blend, freeze and these no-guilt snacks are ready to be devoured! Bonus, you can add any fruit toppings you like.

Paleo Golden Turmeric Pumpkin Fudge Bars Sugar and Grain Free

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups nuts/seeds of choice
  • 1/4 cup coconut shreds
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp Golden Turmeric

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Pulse all the dry ingredients in a food processor 
  2. Add wet ingredients blend until fudgy 
  3. Spread into a loaf pan (any size works) 
  4. Add your fruit of choice 
  5. Freeze for an hour or until it hardens 
  6. Cut into squares 
  7. ENJOY! Store in the freezer

Recipe Notes

Soak nuts/seeds overnight before blending (or 6 hours+). Soaking activates the nuts' nutritional bioavailability and makes it easier for the body to absorb them. It also makes the bars extra fudgy! If you have a sweeter tooth, you could add 1-2 tbsp of maple syrup or honey.
