Cacao Reishi Latte
It's never too late to start building immunity with medicinal mushrooms like reishi and cordyceps. It's easy to make this rich chocolate adaptogenic latte ultra-frothy if you have a latte frother. If you don't have one handy, a jar with a lid and a good shake will do the trick.
Ingredients
- 2 tsps Mushroom Adaptogen
- 2 oz hot water
- 4 oz plant milk (we used oat)
- 1/2 tsp sweetener (optional)
Directions
Add Mushroom Adaptogen and optional sweetener to the bottom of your coziest mug. Pour hot water into the cup and whisk to combine. In a separate cup (or jar with a lid) add your plant milk and froth until a nice head of foam appears. Carefully pour your frothed milk into your mug onto the chocolate mushroom layer, and give one small whisk to just slightly incorporate the two layers of your latte.
Sip and enjoy the fortifying benefits of adaptogenic mushrooms and the bliss-boosting qualities of lightly sweetened raw organic cacao. For a mocha, add a shot of espresso to your mushroom layer.
