Add one or two teaspoons to eight ounces of your favorite hot or cold beverage. Delicious in tea and/or nut milk. Sweeten to taste.
1 cup cold brew coffee
¼ cup homemade almond milk (or hemp, coconut, cashew etc.)
½ tablespoon Mushroom Adaptogen
Steep a cup of cold brew. Add Mushroom Adaptogen and almond milk to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Add ice cubes, then cold brew, and milk to a glass. Sweeten to taste.
