Hemp seed protein

Unlike other plant proteins, hemp seed protein is a non-bloating complete protein with all 20 amino acids including the 9 essential amino acids, omegas 6 & 3, and is one of the most earth-friendly protein sources on the planet. Hemp can grow up to 12 inches per week, and uses a tiny fraction of the water per gram of protein as animal protein.

Yacon root

Probiotics work best when paired with a prebiotic—the dietary fiber that feed the friendly bacteria in our guts. Yacon root is an abundant source of fructooligosaccharides, which cannot be fully digested by our GI tract, and so do not raise blood glucose levels, even though yacon adds a slightly sweet flavor profile to Brave Mood.

Lion's mane mushroom

Lion’s mane contains compounds that stimulate brain cell growth and regenerate nerves including the vagus nerve that runs from our brain to our abdomen, transmitting and receiving information. Lion's mane is a daily adaptogenic mushroom and grows rapidly and sustainably.
