Holy Ashwagandha Tea

Ingredients:

• 2 teaspoons of Moodbeli Holy Ashwagandha
• 3/4 cup hot (but not boiling) water
• 1/4 teaspoon of your favorite sweetener (optional)

Directions:

Add a spoonful of Holy Ashwagandha to the bottom of your cup or tea bowl. Pour hot (but not boiling) water into your tonic vessel and stir to combine.

Add Ceremony Tonic to the bottom of your cup or tea bowl. Pour hot (but not boiling) water into your tonic vessel to cover the bottom and stir until combined, then slowly add more water until you reach your desired potency.

Adaptogenic Meditation Tea

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of your favorite tea
• 1 teaspoon Moodbeli's Meditation Tonic
• 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite sweetener (optional)

Directions:

Add Meditation Tonic and optional sweetener to the bottom of your favorite tonic vessel. Pour your favorite tea into the vessel and stir well. Continue to swirl while you sip. Light some incense and sit for awhile. Repeat daily.
