Glow to Sleep Beetroot Latte

Pink drinks are always a good idea, but this luscious skin-friendly latte is also the perfect addition to your nighttime beauty routine. Beets are full of vitamin C and essential minerals that nourish the skin. Combined with hormone-balancing ashwagandha in our chai-spiced Calming Adaptogen and creamy coconut milk this is the perfect before-bed ritual.

Glow to Sleep Beetroot Latte


  • 1 tsp Moodbeli Calming Adaptogen
  • 1/2 tsp ground beetroot powder
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)


Warm coconut milk in a small saucepan but do not boil. When warm to the touch, add Calming Adaptogen, beetroot powder, and honey. Whisk to combine and remove from heat. Cozy up in bed and glow to sleep.
